Project Reveal: Feminine Commercial Office
Last year, Eliza Grace Interiors had the pleasure of designing a beautiful, feminine real estate office design as a rare commercial project in the portfolio. The design was for the Strudwick Property Agents headquarters where principal agent, Stacey Strudwick and her team work each day conducting meetings and creating real estate gold. As a female led agency and a lover of feminine interiors myself, we wanted to make the space feel elegant and feminine, but not cliché. The result is a sophisticated office space that is bright, welcoming and exudes sophistication upon entering.
As you enter the real estate office design you are greeted with a welcoming sitting area filled with beautiful soft furnishings, artwork and statement lighting. The front desk is simple and features statement gold lettering to the left displaying the company name. The overall look is a classic and timeless style with elements of feminine touches and gold accents.
Behind the divider wall the staff desks are situated to create privacy, yet still provide an open-plan office space. We kept the walls an off-white shade and added panelling to create an elegant and timeless feature. To the right of the desks is a meeting room that flows from the entryway using the same colour palette of gold, white and pink. The next room is the principal real estate agent office, and we wanted this space to flow with the remainder of the space but include personal touches and accents as well.
As you make your way to the rear of the real estate office design you are welcomed into a bright, white kitchen. The beautiful, statement gold pendant lights are the jewellery on top of the kitchen, adding sparkle and shine. We envisioned the space to feel like a kitchen you would have at home, but was practical for everyday office-life.
